January 2010 from Cape Reinga - Worked a number of VK2 amateur radio stations on the 2 metre band (144 MHz) at 1910 km. Also worked Ross, VK2DVZ on the 23 cm band (1296 MHz) at 1900 km along with VK9NA, in Norfolk Island on both 2 metre and the 23 cm band at 753 km. A log was submitted to The Ross A.
